Lightningfire's powerful shoulders pushed through the entrance to Winterstar's den. She couldnt believe Loststar had sent him to get rid of the Thunderclan leaders lives. Slowly he made over to the sleeping cat. He slid out one of his sharp claws and punctured the side of her throat. Winterstar gasped and within seconds 7 of her 9 lives were gone. "Lightningfire?" She breathed.
Lightningfire shook his head, "I am sorry! So sorry!" I cant kill her!
Then she blacked out and he licked her wound softly.
